A little bit of Hair Care

I have really long, thick hair, which can be a nightmare sometimes! It's naturally curly (frizzy), so I'm using my GHDs, every day and constantly using my hair-dryer. This means I'm really conscious of making sure that my hair stays conditioned and nourished and doesn't become dry and brittle. Over the last few years, I've tried so many heat protection sprays and I think I may have found the ONE! It's from the Toni&Guy Prep range and is a "Heat protection mist".

It is incredibly affordable (especially since it's sometimes on offer in Boots!). Like some heat protection sprays, it doesn't feel oily or heavy on the hair, it's incredibly lightweight. It doesn't take me any longer to dry and straighten my hair after I apply this, than if I didn't and once my hair is dried and styled it feels incredibly soft and light. I really cannot rave enough about this spray. It provides protection and acts as a conditioner and for that price, who can say no!
