Sleek Face Contour Kit

Sleek face contour kit in light - £6.49
Hello strangers! It's been way too long for my liking. As I mentioned in my previous post I've been having some horrible technical problems (as I'm rubbish with any form of technology and should have been born a hundred years ago) Anyway, enough of all that, I'm baaaaaaaack! ( well sort of... I have a temproary laptop until I get mine fixed, so at least I've able to post again and catch up on all your lovely blogs).

I've been looking  for an affordable highlighter for a while; so I took to the internet and did my research and everyone was raving about this Sleek face contour kit. The only UK stockists of Sleek (that I'm aware of) is Superdrug, but since my local Superdrug doesn't have a sleek stand and they were sold out of light online, I took to ebay. I picked up this one, here. The delivery was really quick and so affordable and I'm definitely going to pick up a few more beauty bits from the seller.

On to the product, the contour is really pigmented so I literally just dab my brush into it as I'm really pale and no one wants a random dark line across their face. It's easy blend-able and buildable, without looking cakey.  The highlighter is subtle without being pointless, I find this best for a quick highlight over my blush on top of my cheeks. I love the product, it lasts all day and does the job and isn't too expensive. Definitely a winner in my books.

What do you think of this duo and what's your go too highlight/contour?

E x

P.S, I have missed blogging and reading blogs so much and I'm so glad to be back! Can't wait to have a proper catch up. I have a massive back log of posts to get through as well, so expect lots of posts.

  5. I've been using Sleek for a few years now and love the contour kit, but I always seem to use the highlighter a lot quicker which is annoying but still it's a really great product and affordable.

  8. Another great review. I've got a think about using brushes to apply make up - I prefer my using my fingers so i tend to go for more creamy based cosmetics. The colour looks great though!

  12. I'm so glad this is good! I'm doing a box swap with a girl in Essex and I wanted something from Sleek, but I'm weird with not being able to touch and feel blushers, so I asked her to get me this instead, but I'd never seen any reviews on it so I was worried - I'm so relieved now! haha
ps. So glad you're back :)

    1. I use a mixture of my Avon angled blush brush for the contour and then the real techniques contour brush for the highlight or else the bare minerals small powder brush :) xx
