I've never really used a highlighter, but recently I have become determined to try one! Every time I see a beauty post with a highlighter in it, I become so jealous and it really does make such a big difference to your make-up. It gives it that extra bit of lift and really illuminates the skin.

Nars Albatros - £21

This seems to be the perfect highlighter! I've read so many reviews and genuinely have never come across a negative review. At £21, I don't think it is too expensive as there are so many more high end ones that are incredibly expensive. I haven't really found any cheaper brands with highlighters, but I'm determined too. I want this in my make up bag, so just another thing to add to the list!

Have any of you tried highlighting blushes; what do you think?

    I've never used a blush but i have a cream highlighter, you can use it either as a base if you dont want to wear foundation but want a glow or as a highlighter, its from revlon and i love it. It's quite bulky to carry though so a blush like this would be much more convinient. Let us know if you find anything cheaper! Lizz x

    I have heard many good reviews about this highlighter too. May have to pick one up sharpish. :)

    I really want to try this highlighter heard so many good things about it and it looks stunning in the swatches! My favourite highligher is Dior's amber diamond its so pretty and could be used as a blusher in summer time xo

    I have a cream highlighter that came in an eyeshadow kit that I enjoy using on my cheekbones.

    highlighting blushes are my weaknesses - unfortunately there aren't any good highlighters available from the drug store!
    I'm absolutely obsessed with Dior's Amber Diamond..and I've heard they are discontinuing it!

    I love higlighters. It gives my flat face a much needed lift :)I am using Benefit's highlighter for now. Happy Thanksgiving!

    I've heard good things about this highlighter too but the price is horrible :( I've been using the Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream for ever as a nice sheen :)
